Pokéball Bookmark

Pokeball-Bookmark

My children can't keep their noses out of their Pokémon books! But man, they've been using some odd things as bookmarks. Most recently, I found a large Magnatile marking the page and it was damaging the spine of the book. So I laid out some construction paper on the kitchen table and we got crafty.

The Pokéball Bookmarks shared below are easy for kids of all ages to make. My children love their new bookmarks and made several to share with friends.

After gathering supplies, use the paper punch to cut out 3 red circles and 3 white circles. Next, cut the white circles in half. Glue the white half circles to the red circles.

While the white half circles are drying, use the scissors to cut out 3 small black circles and 3 smaller white circles. Glue the white circles onto the black circles. While the small circles are drying, cut 3 narrow black strips of paper.

Cut a small bunch of strings, then loop them through the hole to finish off the bookmark. These bookmarks are perfect for sharing with classmates at school.
