No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls

I always love the idea of making something simple for breakfast that's filled with tons of nutrients, protein, and chocolate!  Yes, these No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls are filled with all of the above!

These No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls are not only for breakfast but make a wonderful afternoon snack.

No-Bake Chocolate Energy Balls

Shopping List:

  • 1 cup Dry Oatmeal
  • 2/3 cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Instructions:

  • Mix everything together in a mixing bowl and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to bind together
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and set aside (expect the mixture to be a little sticky)
  • Serve with fruit or yogurt
