Does the thought of back to school fill your little one with much anxiety? I have a little worry wart who struggles with change, and this list of books to ease back to school jitters has been so helpful to us.
One of the many helpful ways to help your child learn some healthy coping skills in the midst of their jitters or anxiety is by reading them a children's book that's related to their problem. They may not need another lecture about how there's nothing to worry about but a children's book will share the same message and help ease their jitters as they relate to the characters in the story.
Below you'll find a list of some of my favorite books, we love children books in our home. I think I may love them more than my kids.
